At Trtl Travel US, we want you to reach your destination feeling refreshed and satisfied with your purchase. If your travel gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately after the request is submitted.
Package Your Items
Place your items in their original packaging and secure the prepaid label to the outside of the box, ensuring all previous shipping labels are covered.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
